How much does it cost?

Every event is different. Once we know more about your event, we’re able to provide you with a fully detailed quote. A good starting point is to estimate approximately $15 per guest for the base package. Check out our Pricing Guides for more information.

What about payment?

In order to secure us for your special event, we'll need a signed agreement plus a 50% deposit. The remaining amount is due 14 days prior to your event. These payments can be made by e-transfer or credit card/Paypal.

What’s included?

Again, that depends on your selections and possible upgrades. The base package - which is great for cocktail hours - includes the kegs, two hours of service, SmartServe certified bar staff, and high-end, eco-friendly plastic glassware. Do you serve anything other than Prosecco?

It is definitely our biggest seller, but we understand it’s not for everyone. With three taps available, we are able to offer a selection of beverages including sangria, white wine, select beers, and rosé.

Are you able to set up indoors?

Yes! Percy can go virtually anywhere. Small enough to drive through a set of double doors (with no middle jam), this cutie is just as comfortable inside or out. While quite petite, the bar does require some space so please keep this in mind when finalizing the layout. These dimensions are especially important if you are tenting an area and want to be able to pull the bar under the tent in the event of bad weather.

What is required for set-up?

We do need access to a dedicated 120V plug. We ask that nothing else be plugged into the same outlet to avoid blowing any fuses. It takes about an hour to get Percy into place with an unobstructed pathway. Thinking of making the Prosecco van pop with special décor?
